In a recent company update, leadership outlined plans for two distinct product lines: the EP Red Line and the EP Green Line, each designed to serve different customer needs.
The Red Line
It offers a comprehensive range of equipment with full after-sales support, local spare parts availability, and training for partners. This line is tailored for larger customers with high service expectations and operational demands.
The Green Line
It centers on remanufactured electric trucks built from refurbished diesel chassis and counterweights, retrofitted with modern lithium battery systems.
This line includes compact offerings such as a three-wheel forklift, a stacker, and a pallet truck. It emphasizes affordability, environmental impact reduction, and a simplified service model with more limited warranty and local support—making it ideal for cost-conscious customers.
With this strategy, EP aims to enhance service quality for its Red Line customers while lowering costs and promoting sustainability through the Green Line.
