At EPower Forklift we’re totally committed to protecting your personal information and will look after the information you entrust to us and keep it safely and securely.

Cooling-Off Period

If your purchase is subject to a cooling-off period, you are entitled to rescind the contract for any reason and receive a full refund, provided that:

1) The Buyer submit the cancellation in writing email.

2) Before 5:00 p.m. on the third business day after the sales agreement has been signed.

3) The goods are returned in their original condition.

Refund

  • This cooling-off period applies only if not otherwise waived or altered by law or agreement.
  • Installation, and de-installation costs are non-refundable. These expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The refund will be processed once the goods are received and inspected by our team.
