All promotional units are quoted Ex-Works (Pickup Only) from our Melbourne warehouses unless otherwise stated. Australia-wide freight can be arranged at an additional cost; please consult our sales team for a custom freight quote.
Payment & Availability
Promotional pricing is valid only while stocks last. Stock is not reserved until a formal deposit or full cleared payment is received. Standard dispatch preparation takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Returns & Warranty
A standard 3-day return window applies from the date of collection/delivery. Equipment must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Freight costs are strictly non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for non-warranty returns. All new equipment comes with the standard manufacturer's warranty.
